    Usually input-photo variety. We offer a free re-train with better selfies before refunding.
  • Upload failed or stuck
    File-size limits, supported formats (JPG / PNG / HEIC up to 12 MB each), and a quick fix list.
  • Can't find my email when the pack is ready
    Check spam. Mark contact@thestudiopod.com as trusted. We'll resend on request.
  • Browser & device support
    Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge on desktop and mobile. Sign-in works everywhere.
