Running a real studio taught us the craft: how light actually lands on a face, why a jaw looks wrong at 35mm, what separates a LinkedIn-ready shot from a snapshot. Every one of those lessons shapes how we designed our AI, and it's why our outputs hold up where others fall apart.

Is there a contract minimum?+

No minimum for Teams pricing. Pay monthly or annually (annual gets an additional 10% off). Enterprise contracts (100+ seats) typically run annual with custom terms.

Can we use our own branding for the headshots?+

Yes. Pick your backdrop color (or upload a brand color hex), your outfit guidance, and a lighting preset. Locked once, applied to every employee.

What about SSO and SCIM?+

Okta and Google Workspace SSO available on annual contracts of 100+ seats. SCIM user provisioning for fully managed rollouts.

How fast can our whole team get headshots?+

Each employee's pack is ready ~30 minutes after upload. A 50-person rollout typically completes within 3-5 days (employees upload on their own time). For 100+ seats, our rollout managers can compress this to ~1 week with a coordinated push.

What about data security and HIPAA?+

Photos encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Stored on isolated infrastructure tied to each account. SOC 2 in progress, GDPR + CCPA compliant. We are not currently a HIPAA covered entity — see /security for details.

Can I see Studio Pod in person?+
