The policy
- You have 14 calendar days from your purchase date to request a refund.
- Email contact@thestudiopod.com with your account email and the reason for the refund (this helps us improve).
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Free re-train (optional)
If your first pack didn't look like you, we'll re-train your model with better input selfies at no cost before issuing a refund. Most issues come down to input photo variety — give us 10–20 photos with varied angles, expressions, and lighting and we usually nail it on the second pass.
What's not covered
- Teams packs after 14 days. Teams accounts beyond the trial window are evaluated case-by-case — email us.
- Used / shared headshots. If you've already posted your AI Headshots publicly (LinkedIn, company site, etc.) and want a refund, we'll work with you in good faith but reserve the right to issue partial credit instead of a full refund.
- Free demos. The single watermarked headshot from /try is free and not subject to refund (because there's nothing to refund).
Why we offer this
We're photographers who built an AI — not a software team retrofitting open models. We know what a real studio session feels like, and our job is to deliver that quality through AI. If we don't, you shouldn't pay.
