Gmail: open Settings, then See all settings. Under General, find Signature, create a signature and paste. Save changes.

Outlook: find Signatures in Settings (under Accounts or Mail, depending on your version), create a signature and paste. Save it and choose when to include it.

Email clients may change spacing, round portraits differently or block remote images. Send yourself a test email before using it with clients. Use a square source portrait to avoid stretching.
